Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) - 2024 for Assistant Professor

The Government of Karnataka has directed the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) to conduct the Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) - 2024 for Assistant Professor.

Online applications are invited from eligible candidates for the KSET-2024 examination provisionally scheduled on 24th November 2024 (Sunday).

Submission of Online Application Commences:	22.07.2024
Last Date for Submission of Online Application:	22.08.2024
Last Date to Pay Fees:	26.08.2024
Date of Examination:	24.11.2024

Application Mode

Applications can be submitted online only. Other modes of application will not be accepted. Visit the KSET website to apply online.

Note: Please read the notification carefully before filling the online application.

Eligibility Conditions

Minimum 55% marks in Master's Degree for general category and 50% for SC, ST, PwD, Transgender, and OBCs.
Master's Degree students (First or Second Semester) or those awaiting results can apply provisionally.
Ph.D. holders (Master's completed by 19th September 1991) get a 5% marks relaxation.
Reservation is applicable only for Karnataka candidates.
Previous KSET qualifiers cannot apply for the same subject again.
Foreign degrees/diplomas must be verified for equivalence with AIU.

Age Limit

No upper age limit to apply for KSET-2024.
